Shipping and Returns
- سياسة عروض الأسعار:
- صلاحية عرض الأسعار: ثلاثون يوماً فقط ابتداءاً من تاريخ عرض الأسعار.
- شروط الدفع: 100% عند التعميد مالم يتم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.
- يكون اعتماد عرض الأسعار عن طريق توقيع وختم العميل، ولا يمكن إلغاء أو تعديل عرض الأسعار بعد اعتماده.
- فترة التوريد: 120 يوماً أو حسب الاتفاق الرسمي.
- سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
- يشمل الإرجاع والاستبدال جميع الأصناف باستثناء (الكتب والمناهج والحسابات الالكترونية ).
- الاسترجاع خلال يومي عمل والاستبدال خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
- شرط الاستبدال والاسترجاع أن يكون الصنف بنفس حالته عند الشراء ومغلفاً بالغلاف الأصلي.
- العميل مسؤول عن صحة المواد المستلمة وانواعها وكمياتها ورقم الكتاب التسلسلي ورقم الطبعة المذكورة في طلب الشراء و عرض الاسعار.
- إن الشروط المذكورة تعتبر جزء أساسي من عملية البيع.

- The quotation is hereby approved when the customer/client sign and stamp it; and the quotation cannot be canceled or modified after its approval.
- Return terms & conditions: The purchase is considered final and non-returnable.
- Exchange & Return Policy:
- All items are subject to Return and Exchange except (Books, Curriculums, digital accounts).
- Return is within 2 days and exchange is within 5 days of date of purchase.
- Item must be in original packing condition
- The customer is fully responsible of the accuracy of the delivered materials, their types and quantities, the serial number of the book, the date and number of the edition in the purchase order and when signing the quotation.
